This policy describes how Everest Market, Inc (“Everest Auto Paint”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit or make a purchase from this website. Orders are fulfilled by Mahopac Auto Paint.

Information we collect

Order information. When you buy from us we collect your name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and the details of what you ordered.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Your card number is entered directly with the payment processor and never touches our servers. We keep only a payment reference — such as the last four digits and the processor’s transaction id — so we can support refunds and returns.
Browsing information. Like most stores we use a session cookie so your cart follows you, and analytics cookies (described below) that tell us how shoppers use the site — pages visited, products viewed, items added to the cart, orders placed, and how you arrived here.
Account information. You can check out as a guest. If we later offer you an account and you claim your order history, we associate your verified email address with your past orders.

How we use it

To fulfill orders, arrange shipping, and provide support.
To send transactional messages — order confirmations, shipping notices, and responses to your questions.
Marketing. If you have bought from us or signed up for our emails, we may send you marketing email about products, colors, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out never affects your orders.
To advertise. We use Google Tag Manager to load our measurement and advertising tags: Google Analytics and Google Ads (including remarketing and Shopping listings), Microsoft Advertising (the Bing UET tag), and the Meta pixel. These use cookies to measure our advertising and to show our listings to people who have visited the site. If you have ordered from us, we also share a hashed copy of your email address with Google, so our advertising can tell existing customers from new ones. Hashing scrambles the address, so Google does not receive it in readable form. You can ask us to leave you out at any time, using the contact options below.
To prevent fraud and to comply with the law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make the store work: our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), our shipping partners (ShipStation and the carriers who deliver your order), our email provider, and — for the analytics and advertising described above — Google, Microsoft, and Meta. Each provider receives only what it needs for its job.

Cookies and your choices

Essential cookies (your cart and session) are required for the store to function. Analytics and advertising cookies are not — you can block them in your browser, use the opt-out tools each of those companies provides, or enable “Do Not Track”; the store works fine without them.

Retention and security

We keep order records as long as we need them for support, accounting, and legal requirements. Data moves over encrypted connections, and access is limited to the people who need it to serve you.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not legally required to keep. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights. We’ll respond within 30 days, and we will never require you to create an account in order to make a request.

To make a request, either send us a message (you’ll be asked to sign in, so we know the request is yours), or write to us at the postal address below. If you ordered as a guest, include the email address and order number you used so we can find your records.

Children

This store sells automotive refinish products and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
