Every order ships UPS Ground from our paint shop in Mahopac, New York, where Mahopac Auto Paint has been mixing custom automotive paint for over 40 years. Because everything leaves from one place with one carrier, your delivery time depends only on where you are — find your state on the map below.
Custom mixed paint ships free — every size, anywhere in the continental United States. Shipping on supplies is calculated at checkout before you pay.

How your delivery date works
- 1. We mix your order. Every color is mixed fresh to your paint code. Orders normally ship within 1 to 2 business days.
- 2. UPS Ground carries it — see the map. Transit time is business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) and starts the day after UPS picks up your package.
- 3. You track it the whole way. The moment your order ships you get an email with a UPS tracking number, and UPS shows your scheduled delivery date. You can always look up your order here.
Map times are UPS’s published Ground transit estimates, not a guarantee — severe weather or peak-season volume can occasionally add a day. The tracking number always has the current word.

Shipping questions
Where are you located?
We ship every order from Mahopac, New York — about 50 miles north of New York City. Our paint is mixed on site by Mahopac Auto Paint, which has served collision shops across the New York area for over 40 years.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO boxes?
We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We don’t deliver to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Separately, UPS can’t deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses, so we need a street address.
Why UPS Ground only?
Paint is regulated for transport, and ground service is how it ships safely and legally — air options aren’t available for paint orders. The upside: UPS Ground is reliable and trackable, and it is how every custom mixed paint order travels.
Are the map times guaranteed?
They’re UPS’s published transit estimates and they’re right the vast majority of the time, but Ground delivery dates aren’t guaranteed. Once your order ships, the UPS tracking number shows your scheduled delivery date and any updates.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
