Color Match Guarantee

Our custom-mixed paint is mixed to the manufacturer’s standard for the color code you order. If what we sent doesn’t match that standard, message us within 30 days and we’ll make it right. Faded, repainted or variant paint isn’t covered by the guarantee, but tell us what you’re working on and we’ll see what we can do.

Always test before you apply

Spray out and test your color before applying it to your vehicle. Testing is the customer’s responsibility, and it is the single most important step. Skipping it can turn a small repair into extensive cleanup and re-work.

The color swatch shown on each color’s page can look different from screen to screen. Trust the actual color code first and foremost — never the on-screen swatch.

Why a color may not match

• The wrong color code was ordered.
• The vehicle was repainted at some point.
• The finish has faded from sun and weather exposure.
• The vehicle is an uncommon variant of the standard factory color.
• The color requires a tri-coat application.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the color code is correct before ordering. If the wrong code is entered or the color is guessed at, we cannot offer a refund or replacement paint — a new order will need to be placed for the correct code. We also cannot accept returns for application errors such as failing to spray-out test, not reading the instructions, over-ordering, or ordering the wrong color.

Returns and the 30-day window

All of our paint is mixed to order, so custom mixed paint cannot be refunded or returned — that is what this guarantee covers instead. Other supplies may be returned if they are unused and undamaged; you are responsible for return shipping. Request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) by sending us a message with your order number before sending anything back. Refunds go to your original payment method once we receive the return.
