Completing Orders & Communicating with Customers

Completing Orders

You should mark orders complete when the order is shipped via UPS, FedEx, another courier; sent out for delivery by your own drivers, or picked and ready for the customer to pick up the product(s) in your store. To mark orders complete:

1. Sign into your Vendor Administration Dashboard.

2. Click Orders → View Orders

3. Click the order that you wish to view to open the Order Details Page.

4. Complete the order depending on the fulfillment method:

  • If the order has been shipped using a third-party courier, enter the full tracking number into the Tracking number text field near the bottom right. Also select the courier you are using from the drop-down menu. Change the Status of the order from Processed to Complete. Then click Save Changes.

  • If the order is in-store pickup, mark the order as complete by changing the Status of the order from Processed to Complete. Then click Save Changes. We recommend also sending the customer a message to let them know that their order is ready for pickup. To do message the customer follow the steps below.
