Returns and Exchanges
Return and exchange policies are set by each Everest Automotive Market vendor. Depending on the settings of the vendor, upon checkout you may have to agree to the terms and conditions set forth by the vendor. Vendors' reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that are damaged or custom made. However, requesting a refund entails the same steps.
1. Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.
2. Contact the vendor you purchased from via email or using the "Contact Vendor" link on the Vendor's profile page.
3. Send the parcel to the address of the vendor you placed the order with.
4. If you have any trouble with communications with the vendor, please inform us using the contact us form so that we can contact the vendor and better track and monitor your request.
