Returns and Exchanges

Vendors on Everest Automotive Market accept exchanges and refunds for new and unused products in resalable condition initiated within 30 days. Vendors reserve the right to refuse refunds on items that are damaged or custom-made such as any custom mixed paint product. Please see our color match guarantee regarding exchanges and refunds for custom mixed paint products, which are those under the "Custom Auto Paint" and "Industrial Paint" categories. 
Requesting a refund entails the same steps.

1. Pack all the items in the original packing. Items bought as sets must be returned in sets.

2. Contact the vendor you purchased from via email or using the "Contact Vendor" link on the Vendor's profile page.

3. Send the parcel to the address of the vendor you placed the order with.

4. If you have any trouble with communications with the vendor, please inform us using the contact us form so that we can contact the vendor and better track and monitor your request.
