Custom mixed paint

Custom mixed paint is made to order for your color code and is non-refundable. You have 30 days from the date you receive it to report any issue or discrepancy with your order — it is covered by our color match guarantee: if you believe a mix does not match its code, message us and a paint tech will make it right. We cannot accept returns for application errors such as failing to spray-out test, over-ordering, or ordering the wrong color.

Supplies and other products

Returns of other, undamaged products are handled case by case and must be approved by Mahopac Auto Paint first. Items must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition, and can only be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items bought as a set must be returned as a set, in their original packaging. Please write your order number on the outside of the package you ship back.

What comes out of a refund

• There is no restocking fee.
• Return shipping is yours to pay. If we send you a return label, its cost is deducted from your refund; if you ship it back with your own label, you are refunded the full amount. The original shipping cost on your order is not refunded.

If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you receive no refund at all.

How to start a return

Ask for approval by sending us a message with your order number before sending anything back. You do not need an account to return something you bought — you can also write to us at the postal address on our Terms & Conditions page. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the return.
