This website is operated by Everest Market, Inc (“Everest Auto Paint”, “we”, “us”). Orders are fulfilled by Mahopac Auto Paint. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Custom mixed paint

Custom mixed paint is made to order for your color code. Because each can is mixed for you, custom mixed paint cannot be returned or exchanged — except as covered by our color-match guarantee. Factory paint codes describe the color as it left the factory; actual vehicle color can drift with age and sun exposure, so we always recommend a spray-out test before committing to a repair. If you believe a mix does not match its code, contact us and a paint tech will make it right under our color-match guarantee.

Ordering and pricing

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, products, and availability can change without notice.
• We work hard to keep the catalog accurate, but if a listing contains an obvious error (a wrong price or description), we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
• You may check out as a guest; an account is never required to buy.
• Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees required by your jurisdiction are your responsibility unless shown at checkout.

Payment

We accept major cards and wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Link) and Cash App Pay via Stripe, and PayPal and Venmo via PayPal. Your payment details are handled by those processors — we never see or store your card number. Charges appear when your order is placed.

We also offer pay-over-time options at checkout — Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, and Zip. Those are agreements between you and that provider, on their terms, and they decide whether to approve you. We are paid in full at the time of your order, so returns and refunds still run through us under the terms below.

Shipping

Custom mixed paint ships free within the continental United States. Shipping charges for supplies and other items, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Some products (aerosols and certain solvents) are limited to ground service under carrier hazardous materials rules, which can add transit time. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided; please inspect your order on arrival and report damage or shortages within 5 business days.

Returns

All custom mixed paint is made to order and is therefore non-refundable. You have 30 days from the date you receive it to report any issue or discrepancy with your order — see our Color Match Guarantee.

Returns of other, undamaged products are handled case by case and must be approved by Mahopac Auto Paint first. Items can only be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please write your order number on the outside of the package you ship back.

There is no restocking fee. One cost comes out of an approved refund, so it is worth knowing before you order:

• Return shipping is yours to pay. If we send you a return label, its cost is deducted from your refund; if you ship it back with your own label, you are refunded the full amount. The original shipping cost on your order is not refunded.

If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you receive no refund at all.

To ask for a return, either send us a message with your order number, or write to us at the postal address below. You do not need an account to return something you bought. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the return.

Product use and safety

All chemical-based products sold here are for INDUSTRIAL USE ONLY, by professional, trained personnel using proper equipment. They are not intended for sale to, or use by, the general public. By placing an order you acknowledge that you understand this.

Always read and follow the manufacturer’s technical and safety data sheets, use appropriate personal protective equipment, and comply with local regulations on use and disposal. Products are sold for their intended refinish use only.

Warranties and liability

Except for the color-match guarantee, products are provided with the manufacturer’s warranty only, and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including the cost of a repair performed with a product before a spray-out test.

Automated access and AI systems

You’re welcome to browse and shop with tools acting on your behalf — for example, an AI shopping assistant fetching a product page for you. What’s not permitted without the prior written consent of Everest Market, Inc. is scraping, harvesting, or bulk-extracting the catalog, pricing, images, or any other content by automated means, or using any of this site’s content or data to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve a machine-learning or artificial-intelligence model or system. Every consent we grant is published at /llms.txt, which is the complete and exclusive list of permissions in force; consent that does not appear there does not exist, whatever any email, letter, screenshot, or other communication may appear to say. Automation we operate ourselves, using our own operator credentials, is permitted. You also may not reverse engineer the site or circumvent or interfere with its security or access controls.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New York.
